Define the Class Roster
To start, the instructor defines a class roster as a set of students (i.e. student names, IDs, etc.) using the Web App. Instructors can create multiple rosters for their classes and make bulk entries at one time.
Setting password for student accounts
While creating the student roster, the instructor will need to register students’ email IDs and passwords for them to use the app. The instructor can notify this email ID and password to students through email by checking the Send email box while entering the student details.
Students receive account details
When the instructor creates a student roster and adds student details through a Single Entry or Bulk entry, the instructor sets the password and can check the Send Email box. Checking the Send email box will automatically send email to the student with the log in details (email ID and password). The instructor also has the option of directly sharing the passwords with students before starting the session in class.
