Student Environmental Action Coalition(簡稱SEAC)成立於1998年，由美國、加拿大兩地數百所中學及高校團體組成。在區域內，你可以直接加入聯盟和其他年輕志願者一起參加環保活動。SEAC在費城成立了一個辦公室專門為年輕志願者們提供資源，包括出版物、技能培訓、一對一諮詢等。
