HighTail:線上檔案共享雲端儲存服務平臺是一家致力於創意職業人士的檔案共享服務平臺，之前為YouSendIt ，後來獲得投資並改名為Hightail，業務也隨之拓展為進軍企業雲端儲存解決方案市場。

YouSendIt 是一家雲端儲存服務公司，成立於 2004 年。去年的時候這家公司的註冊使用者數就已經超過 4000 萬，年收入達 5500 萬美元。Hightail 雲端儲存採用的是免費增值模式，目前，Hightail 提供了免費版、專業版、團隊版及企業版等多種服務套餐。除免費版以外，其餘均提供無限額的儲存空間。由於可免費提供 2GB 的空間，因此大多數的使用者均為免費使用者，但是有超過 50 萬用戶為了能夠獲得無限額空間及各種控制、跟蹤和電子簽名功能而成為付費使用者，正是這批人貢獻了 Hightail 的主要收入。

為了增強功能(尤其是特色的安全功能)以便更好地與 Box、Dropbox 及微軟 Skydrive 等競爭對手對抗，Hightail 今年 9 月還收購了安全公司 adeptCloud。此舉可為 Hightail 開拓監管措施比創意、營銷及法律市場更嚴苛的金融、政府及醫療保健市場奠定更堅實的基礎。
